Name: Sophia Valentina Nickname: Sophie Age: 23 Gender: Female Ethnicy: White/Caucasian Type of Were: Collie Were Appearance:

In her were form, a collie, she's fairly petite but has a great amount of agility. Her legs aren't long so to speak, but thin and strong, built with muscle and shaped for speed. Her body is stout and small, thin and yet still built for strength. She has long, thick hair that's silky and smooth almost like feathers. It ranges from black, to dark brown, to brown, to a reddish-light-brown to even white designed in a unique pattern. Her front paws are white, one more so than the other with a matching white blaze on her forehead and down her nose. She has a black nose, a white chest, a brown back, a white tipped tail, and big, gray eyes.
Becoming: Bitten by one of the dogs she worked with, who happened to be a were spending their life as a dog. No scars. Occupation: Dog Rehabilitator/Groomer/Trainer Income: It depends on the dog and exactly what she's doing, but about $400 a week as an estimate. Picture:
Sophie's quite beautiful even in her human form. In fact, she matches her dog form quite perfectly. She's petite, but not too small and of course strong and fast. Her hair is a rich light brown with caramel highlights and it runs to her shoulders about. Sometimes you'll see her with short hair, or really long waist-length hair. After all, she's a collie, so she tries to cut it so it just barely reaches her shoulders so she wont have to cut it again too soon. Her skin isn't pale but it's not tan either. It's just really soft and fine.
Her eyes are round and big, fawn-like really with a spiritual color of a soft, hopefull gray. Her lips are soft and almost pouty, and her face holds the same gentle, charming persona. She isn't in any way dark or gloomy, nor peppy or happy-go-lucky in how she dresses. She dresses rather casually with colors that work for her. Anything really works..
Personality:
Sophie's rather timid really, but not ...'afraid' so to speak. She's quiet, but doesn't give the impression of being 'secluded' from society. She's there, and she listens, and she speaks when there's something to be said. Her voice is soft, but you can always hear it. It's got that hushed tone that only makes people want to shut up and listen harder- so you never really miss a word from her. Her general mood is being calm and collected, thoughtfull and gentle. There's such a soothing and lovely aura about her.
On special occassions, she follows the general flow of the mood. She gets excited, and she helps out. She's very considerate, and when she sees someone who needs help, she'll go above and beyond to do just that. As far as surprises go, that's the only thing she doesn't handle well. It's really the only thing that can get her screaming, crying, or hiding for hours to days. Bottom line. Don't surprise her, 'kay?
RolePlay Example:
Sophia held the German Shepherd firmly by the collar and hooked him up to the grooming table, settling him down with a good state of mind and going about her work at a fair pace, not too fast, and not irritably slow. The dog didn't seem to mind, as he too was working off her aura in a good state of mind. She brushed him down skillfully, big, gray eyes watching him carefully, almost...lovingly. She clipped his nails and he actually didn't fuss about it like he would with the other groomers. Finally she brought him to the tub where he would be bathed.
5 dogs later, her day was done. Only five dogs?! Yes. She worked slow because she wanted the job done the right way, which is why she was the best person to deal with dogs in her area. It sort of helped to be half dog herself, she realized. Oh, well. She could only imagine how the day would be when she got home. Marie would be grimacing, Mary would be watching, Shiloh would be trying to clean up the mess, Rachel would be ahead of him making a bigger mess, and Jazz would be Jazz, doing whatever he really pleased. And then there'd be herself, watching, helping out - even cooking sometimes if Jazz let her. She did like to cook, but not all the time of course.
She shifted her weight between legs and then jumped ten feet when someone touched her shoulder. She spun around, big grays excited and alert and then settled down immediately, calm and collected again when she saw it was just her co-worker, Justin. "Aren't you going home? You've been standing there for ..." He tapped his watch. "7 minutes now." Sophie eyed him carefully before nodding defensively and walking down the street, her movements more animal-like then human-like.
Time seemed to go slower for her then it did anyone else. She could stand there thinking forever as long as no one bothered or surprised her. Oh, well. They could deal with it.
